Now in its 28th year, this high-profile six-day June festival is the largest attended Hispanic festival in the City of Chicago. The attendance of this festival in Chicago is only rivaled by the 'Taste of Chicago'. The community feels a strong sense of ownership with Fiestas Puertorriqueñas. Recognized as one of the best organized festivals in the City of Chicago, Fiestas Puertorriqueñas is now considered one of the elite Hispanic festival in the country. The festival features more than; 60 food booths, 80 merchandise, arts & craft booths, 2 stages of entertainment, National acts, Jumbo Screens, The largest carnival ride operation in Chicago, One of the top 5 parades in Chicago, marathon, sponsors' and dignitaries recognition party, Senior pavilion, Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce pavilion, Community & Christian pavilion, Special art gallery in the park and other activities throughout the week.
